My life sits at the intersection of creativity, human behavior, business, wellness, and personal growth.
I’ve built experience across sales, marketing, recruiting, HR, coaching, and content creation ~ always returning to the same question: what helps people feel seen, trust themselves, and take meaningful action?
Outside of work, you’ll find me riding horses, moving my body, traveling, caring for a very photogenic collection of animals, learning something new, or documenting the ordinary moments that make a life feel full.
