Customer support

Need help?

Email support@sociallyshelby.com for purchase access, billing questions, account sign-in, membership cancellation, or technical support. Include the email used at checkout and the name of the product. Please allow 1–3 business days for a response.

Privacy policy

What is collected and why

The site may collect contact details, account information, purchase and access records, application responses, community content, form submissions, and optional analytics data. This information is used to deliver purchases, operate accounts and community features, review applications, respond to inquiries, send communications you requested, prevent abuse, and understand how the site is used.

Payments are processed by Stripe; card details are not stored by Socially Shelby. Email delivery may be handled by Resend. Website hosting and account access are provided through OpenAI Sites and related infrastructure. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Information is not sold. It may be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the business, or to service providers needed to operate the site. You may request access, correction, deletion, or removal from marketing emails by contacting support. Certain financial, security, or transaction records may be retained when legally or operationally necessary.

Do not use forms on this site for emergencies, highly sensitive medical records, government identifiers, or payment-card information.

Terms of purchase

Digital access + memberships

Purchases grant a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the materials for individual purposes. Content may not be copied, resold, shared publicly, redistributed, or used to create competing materials without written permission.

Digital access is connected to the email used at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to their account. Product descriptions identify what is included; future or “coming soon” items are not included unless expressly stated.

Memberships renew at the selected interval until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not remove access already paid for through the end of the current billing period. Prices and future offerings may change, but changes do not alter a completed one-time purchase.

Refund policy

Digital products are generally final sale.

Because digital materials and private access are delivered immediately, completed digital-product purchases are non-refundable except for duplicate charges, a verified technical failure that prevents delivery and cannot be corrected, or where required by law.

Membership payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins. You may cancel future renewal by contacting support. Private 1:1 services use the cancellation and rescheduling terms presented with the specific recommendation before booking.

If something is missing or inaccessible, contact support before repurchasing. We will work to restore the access connected to your checkout email.

Community guidelines

Be honest, kind, and protective of privacy.

  • Respect different identities, experiences, boundaries, and perspectives.
  • Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, spam, solicit members, or share another person’s private information.
  • Do not copy or repost private community conversations outside the community without clear permission.
  • Share support from personal experience rather than presenting medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice as professional guidance.
  • Content or access may be removed when these guidelines, safety, privacy, or the integrity of the community are at risk.

Wellness + energy-work scope

Complementary support, not clinical care.

Vision Minded reflection tools, coaching-style prompts, community discussions, and private energy-work experiences are educational or complementary wellness offerings. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical or mental-health conditions and are not substitutes for licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial care.

No particular result is guaranteed. Participation is voluntary, and you remain responsible for your choices and for seeking qualified or emergency support when appropriate. Private 1:1 applicants receive additional scope, consent, boundary, and preparation acknowledgements before scheduling.
